Return Policy
Please read the below policies for different types of returns. If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a refund or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the home page.
Please contact us immediately in the case of any broken or defective items. Because all shipments are insured, we may not require a return if the item is broken or defective.
Any unsatisfactory merchandise, shipping and a 20% re-stock fee prepaid by you, may be returned to the Customer Service address on the packing slip. Remember to write your Order ID number on the outside of the box so we can trace it back to you. Once we receive the return, we will notify you by e-mail and will issue your refund. Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days.
Shipping/restocking costs will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Backorder Policy
When you order an item that is on 'Backorder', you will be notified at the time the rest of your order will be completed. The packing slip will have the details enclosed on it. If the backorder item is the only item you ordered, we will notify you by e-mail, phone or US mail.
If you choose to wait for that item to come in, simply do nothing and your item will be shipped when available. If you should change your mind and not want the item, simply return the enclosed notice to us or click on the 'Contact Us' link and we will cancel the item.
Shipping Policies
GardenDecorOnlineStore.com ships via UPS and Motor Freight. Please allow allow 7-10 days for shipment.
Orders are usually shipped from the warehouse within 1-2 business days once payment has settled (credit cards can take a day or two to settle). The above times are estimates from the day your payment settles.
Shipping costs (Freight) are based on the total of your order. Every order has a minimum shipping charge as specified. All shipments are automatically insured at no extra cost to you. We only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Rates (on total cost of order):
By UPS:12.5% of order total (with minimum shipping charge of $7.95) **
** Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO Military Addresses will be charged a minimum of $20.00.
Damaged Goods Policy
Per our Return Policy, please contact us immediately in the case of any broken or defective items. Because all shipments are insured, we may not require a return if the item is broken or defective. Please click on the 'Contact Us' link on the Home Page to notify us if any damaged goods immediately after receipt. We will gladly refund your money or send you a new item.
